ProptInspector was born from a painful personal loss — a co-founder's property encroached while he lived in the same city. That experience sparked a mission: ensure no property owner ever loses what's rightfully theirs.
A Story That Started With Loss
One of our co-founders owned a property in the very city he lived in. But life got in the way — long work hours, back-to-back commitments, the everyday grind. Weeks turned into months, and visits to the property kept getting pushed to "next weekend."
By the time he finally went to check on it, it was too late. Someone had encroached on the land — unauthorized construction, shifted boundaries, and a legal nightmare that would drag on for years. Just like that, a property he legally owned was no longer his.
That loss hit hard. But what hit even harder was a question that kept him up at night: "I was living in the same city and I still lost my property. What about the millions of people who own property in a different city, a different state — or a different country entirely?"
