Can someone else request inspections on my property?

No. Every booking requires a legal declaration of ownership at checkout, and ownership is verified against public land records before an inspector is dispatched. Unverifiable bookings are cancelled and refunded.

What documents do I need for verification?

None to book. Only the owner name on record, the survey or door number, and a map pin are needed — ownership is verified against public land records. Documents are optional and never block a booking.

How do I know the inspector actually visited?

Every report includes GPS coordinates locked within 30 meters of your property, timestamped geotagged photos, and route tracking data. You can verify all of this independently through your dashboard.
